1st Shift - Mon-Thurs 5am - 330pm 10 hr shifts daily, some OT on FRIs or SATs

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

- Experience as an Expediting Clerk or Material Coordinator is a good fit for this postion

- Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.

- Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages

- Alerts proper coworkers or managers of potential problems.

- Generates progress reports on schedule status

- Keeps records of completed orders.

- Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as:

* Order damaged

* Material repaired

* In-house material transportation.

- Prepare and complete Reports on:

* Completion dates

* Material changes or substitutions

* Shortages

* Schedule modifications

Other Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED

- Pass backjground check & drug test
